She graduated from istanbul bilgi university and completed her master degree at anglia ruskin university, cambridge in international business law with the dissertation on the field of international investment arbitration awarded with distinction degree. She specializes in corporate law, commercial law, litigation, international commercial and investment arbitration, privatizations in various sectors, mergers and acquisitions, baking and finance. In this regard, she advices local and foreign investors, assists them on corporate and commercial issues including establishment of turkish subsidiaries, restructuring of business and corporate governance, drafting of commercial contracts, commercial litigation and arbitration, recognition and enforcement, stock/asset purchase transactions.
